May 24 – June 8, 2014 for Space Cowboy Game Jam
I teamed up with three friends from the games industry on a two–week long Space Cowboy game jam. We wanted to learn more about Unity, have fun, and see what we could accomplish with our spare time. Everyone did everything, since there were only 4 of us. It was chaotic and glorious.
We set out to make a split–screen multiplayer game where the players would need to argue over resources in order to power the ship’s weapons and engine.
The result is Star Horse, a game for 2 to 3 players that is a bit like Space Team with Starfox–style flying and a couple big old guns.
